A full cast audiobook series about a young superhero team filled with snark, in-jokes, good writing, and — Okay, you sold me! You had me at the word “superhero.”

Matt Phillion has a great series going, with twists, turns and spin-offs. And, I am loving the challenge of bringing it to audio.

Now, that’s interesting. So, a theme song that has a bit of that [Brat Pack Simple Minds](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv1I4q6lOpo) feeling. Something retro (80s, 90s) while still feeling super?

How about [Broken Reality by Kevin MacLeod](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vy3F8OwRTAI)?

The story is told from multiple, close 3rd-person perspectives. So, single narration from multiple voices. That’s not too complex.

Young heroes brought to life by [Gail Shalan](https://www.gailshalan.com/), [Jennifer Jill Araya](https://www.jenniferjillaraya.com/), [Lauren Ezzo](https://www.laurenezzo.com/), [Mark Sanderlin](https://www.marksanderlin.com/), and [Shiromi Arserio](https://www.shiromispeaks.com/). Villainous voices embodied by [Neil Hellegers](https://neilhellegers.com/) and [Marni Penning](https://www.theladyhamlet.com/). With the author, [Matthew Phillion](https://www.matthewphillion.com/), as old Doc Silence, and [yours truly](https://stevenjaycohen.com) rounding out the cast.

I am close to halfway through the remote directing/recording process, and it has been fantastic so far. Such an amazing, lovely, intelligent, and supportive cast!

More to come… (once I start editing and mastering)…
