## [BarCamp at BootCamp #io2010](https://stevenjaycohen.com/journal/barcamp-at-bootcamp-io2010)

    19th May 2010 [google](https://stevenjaycohen.com/tag:google#body-wrapper) [gwt](https://stevenjaycohen.com/tag:gwt#body-wrapper)

Part of the day at Google I/O BootCamp was a [BarCamp](https://barcamp.org/). And, I did propose a session. After spending a year working with [GWT](https://code.google.com/webtoolkit/) on a [LAMP Stack](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LAMP_(software_bundle)) without an application server, I felt that I had a lot to share.

If I had gotten 1 more vote in the end, my session would have happened. Just proposing the session got some great conversations going about GWT on LAMP. I am learning so much here.
